The inaugural Rolling Loud Festival will be hitting the bay area this fall featuring a killer lineup. The festival will take place September 15-16 at the Oakland Coliseum Grounds in Oakland, CA. Wiz Khalifa, Rae Sremmurd, and Travis Scott will headline the two-day festival. Other acts include Gucci Mane, E-40, Jaden Smith, Pusha T, and Kevin Gates. Passes are on sale now with two-day passes starting at $220 INCLUDING FEES and two-day VIP passes starting at $400 INCLUDING FEES. Layaway plans are available for both, with a regular pass starting with a $44 deposit following two payments of $92. VIP layaway will start with a $90 deposit following two payments of $149.
